Experiencing this unprofessional agent was astonishing, who upon receiving our full cash offer never replies, or responds with any relevant information regarding sellers remarks or the like, and then mysteriously this same property is suddenly marked “pending”, after sitting for over six months. And still not even a courtesy call from this so called agent or any communication At All relating to the property in question. If this is the nature of this Keller Williams office in Dothan I would be very cautious doing business here, as this extremely fishy behavior. ~ Answer to Carol Peak response: Now you are presently a false response as well ? Look at my written offer emailed to you on Friday September 4, 2026 at the top of said email is Mr EKS. I am astonished by your fraudulent response. I did not say you listed the property as your co-worker Megan Rhodes actually is the listing agent at Keller Williams perhaps that’s part of the problem here. Your husband Brian Peak actually went to the property and did a walk through video for me of which I have a copy and his email/texting. You received all my financial information you requested on Friday September 4, 2026 at 6:30pm to which you replied confirming as received, for proof of funds after which you ghosted me until now with this lie. You are obviously not a trustworthy person. Keller Williams should be aware of your lack in integrity and honesty and take appropriate action.
